Location : Remote India
- Creating, developing, planning, writing, and editing technical documents including operational, instructional, maintenance, or troubleshooting procedures for various types of publication.
- Conduct interviews with engineers, technical staff, and stakeholders to gather data for documentation and research and synthesize technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with the SMEs (subject matter experts) to ensure completeness and quality documentation.
- Apply judgement and expertise to recommend formats that meet technical and customer requirements
- Produce content that conforms to company documentation and quality assurance standards.
- Review and improve content, tools, and processes used for publishing.
