Responsibilities
- Responsible for engineering and architecture of Infiniband & Ethernet
Network. - Responsible for network deployment across all global / regional
locations. - Analyze networks and troubleshoot network bugs to successfully
mitigate large scale issues. Configure routers, switches, as well as upgrade
software on routers, switches on a large-scale network. - Provide support to Enterprise customers, partners, and other
engineers. - Ensure that each support request owned by you is handled as per our
Service Level Agreement (SLA) and to the highest possible customer
satisfaction by setting the right expectations and fulfilling your
commitments.
Requirements - Strong fundamental knowledge of OSI layer, TCP/IP, BGP, layer 2-4
protocols - Hands-on experience in network hardware devices Juniper MX Series
Devices, Cisco Nexus , Arista etc. - Good Understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, Switching Protocols.
- Hands-on Experience in network deployments
- Good remote troubleshooting skills
