Job Summary:
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their inquiries and needs.
- Sales and Revenue: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing and growing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, providing timely solutions, and proactively anticipating their needs.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention, including identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer support) to deliver exceptional service and achieve shared goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM and sales tools.
