Aptly Technology and DataMesh Collaborate to Advance Digital Twin-Enabled Data Center Operations

Strategic collaboration combines Aptly’s GPU deployment and managed operations expertise with DataMesh’s FactVerse digital twin and AI agent platform

—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

BELLEVUE, Washington, October 28, 2026 — Aptly Technology Corporation and DataMesh have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly develop and market a data center lifecycle solution that connects infrastructure readiness and deployment with digital twin-enabled facility and IT operations. This strategic partnership is intended to extend Aptly’s managed IT operations portfolio with facility management, digital simulation and digital twin capabilities.

The Purpose Behind This Expansion:

The planned offering will combine Aptly’s experience in cloud and AI infrastructure deployment, managed operations and AI operations with DataMesh’s FactVerse platform, which connects spatial models, operational data, AI-agent capabilities and simulation. The companies aim to develop a repeatable solution that can be highly configured to meet individual customer requirements.

Connecting deployment knowledge with day-to-day operations

Aptly operates over 3 GW of GPU capacity for hyperscale clients and brings deep experience in supporting high GPU availability at scale. Its services span infrastructure assessment, rack and GPU cluster integration, networking, deployment, commissioning and ongoing infrastructure support.

DataMesh adds the digital foundation to understand and improve these environments. Its FactVerse platform connects spatial models, asset relationships and operational data into a shared context across facility and IT systems. This can help teams investigate operating conditions, use AI-assisted analysis, and evaluate proposed changes through simulation.

Bringing Aptly and DataMesh’s expertise together will persist infrastructure knowledge through design, validation, deployment, handover, and operations. Asset information, system relationships and agreed validation records captured during deployment can become part of an operational digital twin, helping teams monitor infrastructure, investigate issues and plan changes with the context intact.

Three areas of planned collaboration

  • Infrastructure readiness and deployment: Combining Aptly’s assessment and integration expertise with spatial models and agreed layout, and capacity scenario reviews.
  • Operational visibility and AI-assisted analysis: Connecting authorized telemetry with asset and system context to support monitoring, incident investigation, inspection, and maintenance workflows.
  • Simulation and continuous improvement: Bringing operational baselines and engineering constraints into what-if assessments of layout, capacity, thermal conditions, and cooling resilience.

The proposed approach is intended to help operations teams connect deployment decisions with the realities of ongoing facility and IT management, while giving them a clearer basis for evaluating operational changes.

“Operating GPU infrastructure at scale requires disciplined execution throughout deployment, commissioning and ongoing support,” said Shawn Huang, SVP of Technology at Aptly Technology. “Through our collaboration with DataMesh, we aim to give teams a connected understanding of the infrastructure they operate, combining practical experience with digital twins, AI-assisted analysis and simulation.”

“Every stage of a data center’s lifecycle creates knowledge that matters to its future operation,” said Jie Li, Founder and CEO of DataMesh. “FactVerse connects that knowledge with the physical environment and operating data, giving AI agents the context to support useful analysis and teams the ability to test changes through simulation. Working with Aptly, we aim to make these capabilities part of a repeatable deployment and operations offering.”

Next steps

The companies plan to advance joint customer discussions and approved demonstrations while defining the solution configuration, technical interfaces, and delivery responsibilities. Customer-specific pilots and deployments will be established through separate project agreements.
