Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding/offboarding and maintain HRIS (Paychex) data.
- Update employee handbooks and policies for legal compliance.
- Address employee inquiries and support immigration processes.
- Deliver HR training and distribute company communications.
- Organize engagement events and support employee relations.
- Partner with leadership on policy improvements and compliance.
What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of HR experience.
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, professional, and passionate about employee engagement.
Performance Expectations - Ensure seamless onboarding and follow up on inquiries within one business day.
- Complete new hire tasks (E-Verify, background checks, benefits) within 3 days.
- Uphold professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all communications.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
